Bean & Garlic Dip

Serves 6
Cooking time 10 minutes


¼ cup Squeaky Gate the All Rounder Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tins fava/lima/cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
2 cloves garlic, grated
Juice of 2 lemons
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 long red chilli, deseeded, chopped
½ bunch parsley, chopped finely
½ bunch dill, chopped finely
125g cream cheese
Salt and pepper
Olives, to garnish
Cayenne pepper, to garnish


Place all ingredients in a food processor and blitz until smooth.

Pour into a serving dish and place in the fridge to set for about an hour. Garnish with olives and a sprinkling of cayenne
